There are multiple options for access, so you may choose what works best for you and allows you to access the journal most easily.
Each day begins with the prompt, and then a blank page for you to write whatever is in your heart. Don't worry—there is no right or wrong answer. The purpose of this is to reconnect with yourself. This journal can be used to reflect or ruminate, assess or ask questions. It is yours to use however you wish. There is only one rule: you must write. That's it.
